Ichibancon 2021

As some may have guessed, Ichiban 2021 is canceled due to the ongoing pandemic. We are very sad to have to announce this but the safety and wellbeing of our staff, volunteers, and attendees is our highest concern.

The Embassy will be canceling everyone’s rooms and refunding deposits. Give them a few days to do this, but if you do not receive anything from the hotel, please call the Embassy directly.

Anyone that pre-registered for Ichiban will receive an email through Eventbrite. You will have the option for either a full refund, or to transfer to next year. Our dates next year are January 13-16, 2022

Please note that refunds for badges will be processed all at once in 2 weeks if you did not choose the transfer option.
