Tidewater Comicon 2021

Tidewater Comicon is Virginia's fastest growing comic book convention and returning to the Virginia Beach Convention Center May 16-17, 2021 with Celebrity Guests, Comic Book Creators, Gaming, Panels, and Events.

Tidewater Comicon 2021 is officially canceled.

As many of you already know, the Virginia Beach Convention Center is currently being used as a vaccination distribution center. 3/4 of the exhibit halls are in use leaving only 1/4 for us to put on the event.

The sheer number of Exhibitors and Attendees along with current Covid restrictions and guidelines makes this a logistic impossibility. We hoped we could scale down but that is just not possible.

What Happens Now?

If you currently have a membership pass or are an exhibitor you can carry over to the 2022 event.

If you would like a refund that is available as well. Exhibitors please note that a refund will mean you lose your spot in line for placement.

We know this is a sad announcement but in the end this was the right decision. We thank everyone for their continued support and look forward to 2022.
