I usually spend my time on the convention floors searching for eye catching cosplays that stand out from all the others. At Rose City Comic Con in 2019, however, it was not only the cosplays the Disney Villain group wore that stood out it was their hilarious personalities as well. I have to admit it was a bit hard for me to focus at times as all of us had giggling fits and tears from laughter. This is the unforgettable Cruella De Vil from the group.
