Hailey Brown

Hailey Renee Brown (“Ren”) is an illustrator living in Pennsylvania. A former field biologist now professional artist, Hailey attended the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art in Dover, NJ and is the award winning recipient of the 2017 Norman Maurer Memorial Award as well as the 2019 Joe Kubert Jumpstart Project. With a Bachelor of Science in Zoology, Ecology & Evolution from Michigan State University, Hailey has also contributed to amphibian & reptile conservation.

Hailey has worked as a freelance illustrator for a wide assortment of clientele including New York Times best-selling authors, F(r)iction Magazine, Newsarama, independent writers & authors, Dynamite Entertainment and Ominous Press.
