I love photographing Original Characters! When I have a well-known Cosplay to edit I feel like I need to stick within some preset boundaries. With Original Character Cosplays I feel like I can let “the rules” go and create much like they do when they create these masterpieces!

I photographed this very fashionable Cruella de Vil at Phoenix Fan Fusion! I just loved when her little Dalmatian joined in… he might be our youngest Golden Ticket holder ever!

Cosplay: Death from Horsemen of the Apocalypse
I about fell over when I saw the headpiece on this Death from Horsemen of the Apocalypse Cosplay at Phoenix Fan Fusion. So amazing, that and the face paint combined with it. SO GOOD! It is when I find headpieces like this that I am so thankful for my overhead light (lantern). It accentuates the details in the feathers so well!

I photographed this one-of-a kind Death, War, and Pestilence from the Horsemen of the Apocalypse Cosplay at Phoenix Fan Fusion. I love the creativity and those headpieces are unbelievable! So cool!

I photographed this otherworldly Lady Death from Coffin Comics at Phoenix Fan Fusion. This is the second time I had the pleasure of photographing her, the first being at one of my first conventions in 2016! So great to be able to find Cosplayers I photograph throughout different states in different years… sometimes I don’t even recognize them if they are in different Cosplays!
