Squeal!! I couldn’t believe this unbelievable pirate I photographed at Indiana Comic Convention. What can I say about the incredible Pirate William McBones? I really feel like this photo speaks volumes on its own! The textures in the clothing blew me away, his amazing look… and his personality… very pirate-ish. Sigh, anyone know if there is such a thing as a pirate convention? I would so be there.

This Jack Sparrow Cosplay will always remain one of the favorites in the Cosplay 50 Collection. Photographed at Wizard World Columbus in 2016, Just Some Nerd has given me the honor to photograph his many amazing cosplays (Jack will always be my favorite!) on multiple occasions. He has also interviewed me at our first Cosplay 50 show opening last year and traveled with us on the road to Rhode Island Comic Con to produce The Cosplay 50 Interview in the tool bar right on this screen. So many thanks goes out to him for this incredible production and helping spread the word about the project.
