I photographed this Supergirl cosplay at Wizard World Columbus. Little did I know then that I would photograph the amazing shaunascarlett for years to come! Since then I have photographed her as XD Punk Zelda, Black Cat, Rey, a Hannah Alexander Snow White, White Raven, Lily Munster and more!

I photographed this beautiful Cinderella Cosplay at Wizard World St. Louis. Oh, how I miss Disney… hoping to get there later this year!

I first met the stunning Nicole Bryan in a Carmen Sandiego Cosplay at Wizard World Philadelphia. She assured me I would want to photograph her new Esmeralda Cosplay she was wearing a couple days after that. The next day I saw her in a Cruella Deville Cosplay, amazing again but she assured me just to wait until Esmeralda. The wait was definitely worth it I agree, but I would happily photograph her in any of her amazing cosplays. This Esmeralda Cosplay was based on Hannah Alexander Art Nouevou design.

I photographed this stunning Wonder Woman at Wizard World New Orleans (and also again as Kyo Sohma from Fruits Basket Cosplay posted yesterday).

This Jack Sparrow Cosplay will always remain one of the favorites in the Cosplay 50 Collection. Photographed at Wizard World Columbus in 2016, Just Some Nerd has given me the honor to photograph his many amazing cosplays (Jack will always be my favorite!) on multiple occasions. He has also interviewed me at our first Cosplay 50 show opening last year and traveled with us on the road to Rhode Island Comic Con to produce The Cosplay 50 Interview in the tool bar right on this screen. So many thanks goes out to him for this incredible production and helping spread the word about the project.

Golden Ticket Update: This Golden Ticket Cosplay has been selected to be included in the FotoNostrum Cosplay 50 Exhibition in Barcelona from May 23 – July 31, 2024!

I was so saddened by the news that Diana Rigg who played Lady Olenna Tyrell in Game of Thrones passed away. She was one of my favorite characters of the show. I met the wonderful carriecloat on Instagram at Wizard World Chicago. She is the only Lady Olenna Tyrell Cosplay that I have ever seen and it was done oh so well. She was perfect!

It appears to be Star Wars Week at Cosplay 50. I love the fashion of Padmé Amidala and have been fortunate enough to photograph many amazing Amidala cosplayers. I photographed this Queen Amidala Parade Gown Cosplay at Wizard World Chicago.

I have photographed Queen Amidala in many different costumes, but when I saw the Queen Amidala Senate Gown Cosplay at Wizard World Portland I was near speechless. Well, that is not true – I think I went up to her and started babbling like a mad-woman and shockingly enough she scheduled an appointment to come in for a photo shoot!

I photographed Wolverine at Wizard World St. Louis. I have always loved color photography in my travel and cosplay work but when I converted this mage to black and white the image took on more of a gritty Hugh Jackman persona than it was in color.

I have seen a few Mr. T cosplay’s in my 22 conventions and this Mr. T was simply amazing. I enjoyed my time with Joseph and I hope to see him doing cosplays in the future so maybe we can get some more amazing shots like this.
