Youmacon 2026

Youmacon is Detroit's anime and pop culture convention, held since 2005 and now filling Huntington Place downtown over Halloween weekend.

The 2026 show (October 29 – November 1) welcomes voice actors including Kaiji Tang, Robbie Daymond, Adam McArthur, Anne Yatco, Emi Lo, David Vincent, Griffin Burns, Lex Lang, Sandy Fox, Cedric L. Williams and AmaLee, concerts by NateWantsToBattle, Cam Steady, Genwunner and The Cybertronic Spree, and cosplay judges and workshop teachers. Expect guest panels and autographs, a 40,000-square-foot free-play video gaming hall and tabletop gaming, Cosplay World Masters and International Cosplay League competitions, a Maid Café, the Charity Ball, late-night dances and a large marketplace and Artist Alley.
