Magical Girls Festival 2026

The Magical Girls Festival is a one-day, all-ages fan festival in Brooklyn celebrating magical girl anime and manga, created by Moonies Club, the production company founded by pop culture journalist Victoria L. Johnson (Sailor Victoria). Established in 2024, it features vendors, programming, screenings, a cosplay meetup, giveaways and an end-of-night concert.

The third annual festival is Saturday, September 26, 2026 (10am–10pm, vendor floor until 7pm) at 5-2-A in Industry City. Special guests are voice actresses Christine Marie Cabanos and Carrie Savage, with autographs, photo ops and a spotlight panel celebrating the 15th anniversary of Puella Magi Madoka Magica, plus animator Kiana Khansmith, creator of Pretty Pretty Please I Don't Want to Be a Magical Girl. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for children 12 and under.
