MNCBA FallCon 2026

MNCBA FallCon is the fall comic convention of the Minnesota Comic Book Association, a nonprofit that has run Twin Cities comic shows since 1987 and has held FallCon since 1990. Billed as Minnesota's largest convention focused on comic book creators and vendors, it fills the Grandstand at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds with more than a hundred local and visiting comic artists and writers, comic and collectibles dealers, community groups, free panels, a cosplay contest, a kids' crafts table and a live charity auction benefiting the Hero Initiative.

The 2026 show runs Saturday October 10 (10am–5pm) and Sunday October 11 (10am–4pm); admission is $15 for both days and kids 9 and under get in free. Creators include Eisner winners Gene Ha and Zander Cannon, Phil Hester, Angel Medina, Ryan Kelly, Alé Garza, Jeff Butler, Gordon Purcell, Keith Champagne, Tom Nguyen, Rosebuds cartoonist Supr Dee and poster artist Dave Wheeler, along with many Minnesota indie cartoonists and MCAD comic art students. Also listed as creators: Bright Bard Games, Julia "Charlie" Ramirez and Ogonetchek. Community exhibitors include Anime Detour, Costumers for a Cause, Geek Partnership Society, the MCAD Comics Department, Minnesota Manga, the Minnesota Wolfpack 501st Legion, the National Cartoonists Society North Central Chapter and NOMAD Ghostbusters of Minnesota.
