Nightmare Weekend Raleigh 2026

Nightmare Weekend Raleigh is GalaxyCon's two-day horror convention in downtown Raleigh, bringing horror legends, cult film stars and scream queens together with fans for autographs, photo ops, panels and cosplay.

The 2026 show (October 10–11) at the Raleigh Convention Center (now the Atlantic Union Bank Convention Center) features Eli Roth, Cassandra Peterson (Elvira) and an Elvira: Mistress of the Dark reunion, Kathryn Newton, the Terrifier team of Damien Leone, David Howard Thornton and Lauren LaVera, the Cabin Fever cast, Danielle Harris, Alex Vincent, Derek Mears, Shannyn Sossamon, the Chiodo Brothers, the Soska Sisters, Robert Kurtzman, Roger L. Jackson, punk legends H.R. of Bad Brains and Lars Frederiksen of Rancid, comics writer Cullen Bunn and wrestlers Gangrel, C.W. Anderson and James Mitchell. Expect costume and cosplay contests, horror panels, drag and burlesque entertainment, Fantasy Super Cosplay Wrestling, Nightmare Weekend After Dark and an exhibit hall.
