QuoCon (the Quokimbo Convention) is a new community pop-culture convention in Waxahachie, Texas, south of Dallas. Its first edition fills the Waxahachie Civic Center October 16–18, 2026, with a Friday evening sneak peek followed by two full show days.
The weekend brings about 240 vendor tables, on-stage Q&A panels with anime voice actors such as Jennifer Alyx, Dusty Feeney and Carrie Savage, Hellraiser: Judgment's Pinhead actor Paul T. Taylor and Eastbound & Down's Elizabeth De Razzo, plus cosplay guests, the Hachie Cosplay Clash contests, gaming, free fan stations, a Saturday night DJ set and a free car show.
