Ramencon 2026

Ramencon is a fan-run anime convention in South Bend, Indiana, “built by anime fans for anime fans” and held since 2011; the 2025 show drew a little over 1,200 attendees.

Ramencon 2026, with a mecha theme, runs October 2–4 at the Century Center. Special guests are cosplayers and prop makers Brad Duct-Tape Hale and Ironbiohazard03, longtime panel team The Adventure Group and samurai performers Samurai Dan and Jillian, with streamer group The Garbage Gang as honorary guests. DJs Deckronomicon, BugJUwUice, Shaku and DJ Limit Break play two nights of dances, and the cosplay guests are Cloudi, Star, Mimicry Cosplay, Mac and Skunk, with a performance by idol group Vivariia. Expect Convention Foam Fighting, the Soirée Maid Cafe, the Noodle Idol Fest, a cosplay catwalk, a $500 door-prize giveaway, fan panels, a tabletop game room, a screening room, dealers and an artist alley.
