WasabiCon is Jacksonville, Florida's largest and longest-running pop culture convention, produced by Green Mustard Entertainment since 2012 and focused on anime, manga and Asian pop culture, cosplay, K-pop, tabletop gaming and video games.

The 14th edition runs October 9–11, 2026 at the Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center downtown, with anime voice actors, featured cosplayers and creators, local fan and community groups, panels, cosplay and talent competitions, a maid café, tabletop and video game areas, esports tournaments, and a vendor hall and artist alley.
