Cal Animage Alpha

Anime Destiny is UC Berkeley's annual anime convention, run by the student club Cal Animage Alpha, with voice actor, cosplay and VTuber guests, an artist alley, panels and workshops, a cosplay contest, gaming and live performances by The Intermission Orchestra and the Nikkei Choral Ensemble.

The 2026 convention is Sunday, November 15 (10am–7pm) in the Pauley Ballroom of the ASUC Martin Luther King Jr. Student Union, with a free Day 0 on Saturday, November 14 (noon–6pm) on Lower Sproul Plaza with the opening ceremony, performances and food vendors. Guests include voice actors Amber Lee Connors and Ray Chase, cosplayers Tytalis, Cesseciel, Selene (miaucosplay), Pearl and Cosmic Peachz, and VTuber Kōri-Oujo, with more to be announced.
